Europe
In Europe, wpd maintains offices and teams at 53 locations in 17 countries in order to drive the conversion of energy supplies. However, the planning, realisation and operation of wind farms is not limited to countries in which we are represented by our own offices. Thanks to its commitment in a total of 19 countries, wpd produces a total of 5,593 MW of onshore across Europe as well as 108 MWp of solar energy. We have a pipeline of 32,020 MW onshore and 6,010 MWp of solar power in the shape of planned projects. wpd will further reinforce and expand its position in the significant European market for renewable energy.
