Europe
In Europe, wpd maintains offices and teams at 46 locations in 14 countries in order to drive the conversion of energy supplies. However, the planning, realisation and operation of wind farms is not limited to countries in which we are represented by our own offices. Thanks to its commitment in a total of 17 countries, wpd produces a total of 4,676 MW of onshore across Europe as well as 7 MWp of solar energy. We have a pipeline of 13,320 MW onshore and 2,625 MWp of solar power in the shape of planned projects. wpd will further reinforce and expand its position in the significant European market for renewable energy.
