All for Offshore GmbH is the first service provider for offshore wind energy projects being able to offer at the same time all services from logistic concepts through to transport to maintenance and repair of the turbines.
The company is a co-operation between Schramm Group and wpd offshore GmbH, the offshore part of wpd group. \u0093We are pleased about the cooperation with wpd which offers optimal synergy effects to both companies.\u0094 explains Hans-Helmut Schramm, the owner and director of Schramm Group. Through its subsidiary Brunsb\u00fcttel Ports GmbH the company comes not only with an own port at the North and Baltic See but also with the infrastructure for transport and shipment of offshore components. 
\nDisposing of a pipeline of 10GW wpd offshore GmbH and being involved in the construction of Germany\u0092s first commercial offshore wind farm, wpd is one of the leading players for offshore energy plants. \u0093All for Offshore offers our clients a unique combination of all services needed for planning, logistics and service of wind park plants from one single service provider\u0094 says Achim Berge, the director of the wpd offshore GmbH.
\nwpd affiliate Deutsche Windtechnik AG covers the whole technical management, maintenance and service for an offshore wind project. \u0093The cooperation with the Schrammgroup enables a fast and direct access for operation and maintenance services to the wind farms at the North and Baltic Seas\u0094 mentions Matthias Brandt, Member of the Board of Deutsche Windtechnik AG acclaiming the new cooperation.

Schrammgroup
<\/b>The Schrammgroup is a strategic combination of specialized single companies covering all the important facets of the maritime economy. Through the subsidiary Brunsb\u00fcttel Ports GmbH, which is featured with potential equipment for the handling of different cargo types, the Schramgroup disposes one of Europe\u0092s single private port on the Elbe at the North Sea-Baltic Sea-Canal being the central logistic intersection point of the whole North and Baltic Sea economy. With ca. 6,500 moved components the company shows a large expertise in the sector of goods loading and shipment.

<\/b>The wpd offshore GmbH is part oft he wpd group, which plans and operates wind farms worldwide and is active in 21 countries. In total, the company has carried out projects with around 1,600 turbines and an output of 2GW. Currently the wpd international is planning other projects with 7,000 MW in total. More over, the group is leading European offshore developer with a pipeline of 10,000 MW.  One of the first commercial offshore wind plants Baltic I, attended by wpd, is being currently built. wpd develops offshore projects in Germany, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, France and Italy.
