In order to strengthen our team in Ganderkesee, we are looking for motivated and qualified employees for the area of Employee First Level/ Remote Data Monitoring (m/f/d) for Telecontrol Technology.

Your position

As Employee First Level/ Remote Data Monitoring (m/f/d) for Telecontrol Technology
you are responsible for:

  • Remote technical support and development of problem solutions for remote control systems
  • Creation and adaptation of hardware and software components for the control systems in accordance with the current EEG
  • Remote software updates for Microsoft operating systems and the multi-layered in-house software products
  • First-level control center monitoring, incl. initiation of fault clearance measures
  • Technical support for customers and employees

Your profile

  • You have completed an electrotechnical training
  • You already gained initial experience in technical operations management/remote monitoring of wind turbines with a manufacturer, energy supplier or operations manager
  • You ideally have a medium voltage switching authorization up to 36 kV
  • You are confident in using MS-Office
  • You have a good understanding of complex, interdisciplinary and technical issues and interrelationships
  • You are flexible, decisive and possess analytical skills as well as a high level of service orientation
