The site management planning - including attending to the entire permit approval procedure - takes place in parallel with the technical planning. Our site management and landscape planners draw up developmental and zoning plans, if required. In addition, the application documents are drawn up according to the Emissions Laws and the permit approval procedure is closely monitored.

Implementation of the procedures for development plans and exceptional zoning consents follows after that. We check potentially suitable areas from the aspects of planning law and specialised nature conservation. The permit approval procedure is also planned according to specialised nature conservation and is accompanied by our project planners. While doing so, we draw up accompanying plans for preserving the landscape, green-space development plans, environmental compatibility studies and contractual checks with reference to the guidelines on habitat of flora and fauna, as well as the European Union’s guidelines on nature conservation (FFH guidelines).
