Commercial management

The commercial management of wpd windmanager comprises two divisions, which support the respective project managers with their work.

1. Financial accounting
The appropriate controlling is implemented by the individual companies in this case, besides the continuous book-keeping. Analysis of economic efficiency as well as corresponding forecasts are also drawn up, subject to consideration of the previous results.

Furthermore, the annual financial statements of the subsidiary companies are prepared by the respective financial accountants and then drawn up by the auditing and tax advisory firms which are commissioned by the project companies. The financial accounting department works closely with the financing banks. The respective banks receive regularly adjusted balances, beside the continuous payment transactions. Moreover, refinancing packages are handled by the financial accounting department.

2. Fund management
The fund management department informs the shareholders regularly about development of the respective project company, as well as about extraordinary official business transactions. The colleagues in the fund management department are constantly receptive to questions and suggestions from the shareholders in addition. The fund management department also handles organising, implementing and documenting the annually held general shareholders meetings.
